How much I could experience, see and taste through training, experience and travel within the industry.

Often the career of hospitality is looked at as a temporary or entry option, however even as a waiter... In my very first job, I managed to taste some of the most expensive food, wine and champagne. All of which as a young man in the industry made my pallet explode and my mind want to expand the journey even further.
