I am grateful for all the knowledge I gathered in my career and I am glad I have worked with such passionate individuals that were happy to share their knowledge with me.
I didn’t know much about the industry when I started, but I knew how to work hard and interact positively with people; these skills gave me the opportunity to prove myself in the different positions I covered and to manage both upwards and downwards in any work environment.
My advice to the ones that are new to this industry is to nurture relationships and learn from everything and everyone. With this mindset, there’s very little you need to know before you start, beside the knowledge that you are getting into one of the toughest, least paid and most demanding industry there is. Also the most rewarding though.
