Customer service is the most crucial ingredient in a dining experience. It is very easy to give a good customer service, but at the same time, it can be very difficult to deliver it consistently.

Having a good online and offline presence is more important than ever: nowadays you can engage customers directly from their sofas, work desks and anywhere else there's an internet connection.

Everyone should become more sustainable, not just restaurants. This has been a “hot topic” for a while, and I am glad the media in the UK are putting a little more weight on the issue at present.

Staff turnover it is a headache indeed and the hospitality industry is definitely one of the worse affected by this problem.

No shows are indeed annoying. They don’t usually happen in a team that is well jelled together: With the right teamwork spirit, your people wouldn’t want to let their colleagues down.
