Creating a new product - keep it simple!

When creating a new product, it is really important to keep things simple, so you don't run into trouble.

I think just keep it as simple as possible. It is very easy to make things complicated, and it is very difficult to make things simple. Stick to what you know and critically analyse your idea before starting. Think about the brand, not just the product. Then once you're happy you have to go, go, go; meet as many people as possible and sell, sell, sell!
